We only collect the minimum amount of information necessary to provide our threat intelligence services:

• Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and password securely via Firebase Authentication.
• Device Information: We collect your device's Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token solely for the purpose of sending you real-time push notifications regarding cybersecurity threats.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your secure account.
• Deliver real-time push notifications for ransomware alerts.
• Maintain the security and stability of our backend infrastructure.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers or data brokers. Your data is securely processed using Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Messaging) which complies with strict global security standards.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. You can instantly delete your account directly within the NocturnOps app by navigating to Settings -> Delete Account. Upon confirmation, your email, device tokens, and all custom trackers will be permanently scrubbed from our active databases automatically.

6. Children's Privacy

Our service is intended for cybersecurity professionals and individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
